Advanced Marketing
The book "The Inevitable" by Kevin Kelly determined the framework for this class with the goal of creating a marketing chatbot. Moreover, the course was supported by guest lecturers experienced in the field of AI & Machine Learning, Data Mining, Creative Research and Storytelling.
What I learned during the design process
Prototyping and testing the chatbot was the most essential part of this project, which was based on the needs of the target audience, namely marketing professionals. This made me realize how important input of all kinds is, positive or negative, and that rounds of iterations are crucial in order to end up with a great final product that is fulfilling an important need.
